Founder and owner of Made Simple is Dorien Wolswijk. After my law study I gained over 25 years of experience as an HR and Legal professional in employment. At the end of 2022 I started my own company, Made Simple. My ambition is to really help an organisation - and therefore the employees who work there - move forward. I do this by not only giving advice, but also ensuring that an advice can be applied practically. And by making complex HR and legal issues as simple as possible with a pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.
With a structured and solution-oriented approach, Dorien led various projects within DSM, such as the collective labor agreement simplification and the modernisation of employee participation. She has also played an important role in guiding many reorganisation processes, being the connecting link between management and works council.
Within the HR department of VodafoneZiggo, Dorien was the expert on employment law and social security. She also very successfully set up the Ask HR department, the first-line support for all HR questions, and led this department as a people manager.
At Capgemini, Dorien was an all-round lawyer and also specialised in employment law. She not only gave advice, but always made sure that the advice could be practically applied within the organisation. I have known Dorien as a very driven, knowledgeable, social and very pleasant colleague!
