Made Simple offers services in the areas of HR and Legal. The legal expertise focuses on the legal areas involved in the relationship between an employer and its employees: employment law, social security and employee participation.
Made Simple can analyse and solve (strategic) HR issues within your company; in doing so, I advise and facilitate in making the right choices. Made Simple also supports companies during times of change or restructuring, by coordinating and guiding these reorganisation processes and helping with the right (process) steps to be taken. My strength lies in end-to-end responsibility: from making the right (strategic) choices to actually implementing and rolling out the solutions in practice. My expertise in employment law includes, for example, developing employment contracts and employment conditions, and renewing and simplifying them. When revising these kind of complex and perhaps ‘boring’ texts, I aim to make these documents effective and yet understandable, hereby positively contributing to the brand of your organisation. Made Simple advises and assists in dismissal cases in reorganisations or in performance cases or conflict situations. In dismissal cases resulting from a reorganisation, I can also coordinate and guide the underlying change process.

I can also play a role with regard to the health and well-being of your employees. Made Simple can draw up a clear absence policy for your company, advise you on complicated and/or long-term absenteeism cases and ensure that the legal obligations involved in absenteeism (and there are quite a few!) are met in the interest of both the employee and your organisation. I also help you gain insight into absenteeism figures and costs, so that you can take more effective preventive and reactive measures and are better able to manage absenteeism. In principle, every company in the Netherlands with 50 or more employees should have a works council. How do you set up a works council, what structure fits your organisation and what needs to be arranged? Who has what responsibilities and how do you ensure a good relationship with your works council? What rights does a works council have? How do you prepare a request for advice or consent? I would be happy to help.
