Founder and owner of Made Simple is Dorien Wolswijk. After I graduated in Law, I gained over 25 years of experience as an HR and Legal professional in employment. At the end of 2022, I set up my own company Made Simple. Why this move? Because I very much want to apply my knowledge and expertise to different organisations, from smaller, medium-sized to large companies. Also, this is a step in my career that I enjoy immensely!
The companies where I have worked - DAS Rechtsbijstand, Capgemini, VodafoneZiggo and DSM - have given me the chance to develop into the person I am today. My goal is always to really help an organisation - and therefore the employees working there - move forward. I do this not only by giving advice, but also by ensuring that an advice can be put into practice. The essence in my work: making complex HR and legal issues as simple as possible with a pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.
Made Simple is part of the consulting organisation Simplify Group (Chamber of Commerce 88247023). Simplify Group also includes the marketing agency Marketing Dept.

Made Simple provides consultancy, expert advice and interim services to small and medium-sized companies (from about 25 to 250 employees) and large companies (from 250 employees).
We often agree on an hourly rate for my work.
But it can also be the case that for a specific defined project, a fixed fee is more appropriate.
If your organisation needs HR and legal advice on a regular basis, a collaboration on a subscription basis might be a good solution. And that too is possible at Made Simple. For an average number of hours per month, we then agree on a fixed amount over a longer period of time. This way, you can be sure that I can help your company on a regular basis and for a longer period of time. We also build up a relationship that allows me to get to know your company better and vice versa, which increases the added value of my services.
